Stomach Flu San Diego 2011

Sunday FIRE

and we around the corner with stones for "The Abbots Way" and the "From Square to Square" and then, although extremely late, I had to give a final preparation limatina on races in two days (although it always ends my training table hi hi hi)
yesterday CT of the Countess and today I am done before a 16 km race with friends Fred and Mark (my partner this year all'Abbots) and then I went in for that piacvole company in Romania until Valibona where c ' was the Liberation Day and their sausages and ribs * _ *
Despite the blowout we have not made any case to miss the turn of the ridge and the lovely view from the Cross Retaia.

Cervix Penetration Forced

TA Countess

Very nice workout in the company among the crinaletti Pinone and the inevitable and beautiful vineyards. This little corner of Tuscany, though there a few clothes miles, subject to several surprises every time. Many Stradaioli (hi hi hi hi) but also very willing to train as a team to the beautiful trails of the side Empoli. Many familiar faces but also new faces.

Besides, if it were not for events of this kind I think of Tuscany, which boasts one of the most beautiful in Italy, would risk losing a way of approaching the Trail gradual but equally indelible.

And in my opinion, within a year or so, the movement will receive a jolt lucky trail Toscano (between "DPAPI", Elbe Trail, and the future Falterona "and" rogue Ultratrail of "how could it be different?)

walk on those lands a few months away, the trail of the edition zero Montalbano allowed me to relive quelle emozioni con tanti ricordi indelebili.

Linsey Dawn Im Back 3

The Eat-Shelters

bellissimo l'allenamento quello che è stato portato in fondo questo Sabato dal gruppetto dei Come On più interessantissime new entry.
Km e Km che hanno segnato le gambe ma anche la testa dei partecipanti, adesso sicuramente più aware of the effort and commitment that is required to complete an event like the DPAPI

objectively Sunday gl'è way too good for lazy ^ _ ^ since I am gone for a 25in of miles to travel between the woods with Gaggio and Elizabeth and they are able to stand by a mini-uscitina 3 hours.

BOYS ARE TAKING THE EASY VE Sunday EHHHHHHHHHHHH
^ __ ^ but of course I'm kidding (although not too much) considered that the commitment was made on Saturday: p

can not even imagine how it was amazed when we came back to The Refuge of ca 'Torri and I downloaded the data output. AWESOME: a tour in which, if you decide to cut a little 'grass sull'21B we could organize a race that would accaponare skin in the middle of the Alps

still handsome and beautiful.

The group come-on looks really good but honestly the two are more surprises were Adeile and Franco (to which we have yet to find a worthy nickname)
it makes the holes in the ground but is one that has left Adeile stone all: my mom is like 'to the mountains this curious girl ^___^

Eat The shelters, however, was above all a pleasant time together and felt the atmosphere and how. At lunch, dinner and especially in the evening to sleep in the shelter where a character (without naming names Andrea true?) has led to all of the plugs for the ears: I do not believe there was someone who could snore so loud you do not make me not even feel the i-pod

leave you with images

Vintage Spanish Wedding

Elba 2010

Wonderful weekend that my Mom.
I think that for once the pictures really speak for themselves. For a long
I was torn between TCE and Elbe Trail, but when I finally arrived in Marciana Marina and I saw that day does the Weather I understand that the choice was

Hamilton Beach Hb-p90d23 Microwave Guide

Trail Easter Trail

The Tuscan landscape is changing. Finally, the off-road racing are increasing and some trail begins to come out, albeit tentatively.
Next year there will be the first Ultra Trail Toscano, a challenge perhaps, but with numbers that will dwarf many races in the North. And I assure you that in addition to statistics, however the views are something that the North can only dream of having immense variety 'that its forthcoming

As I said the landscape is changing and this race is the proof.
is not a trail (at least the race on Saturday) but a beautiful ride on roads in nature but always immersed corribili Siena in the beautiful scenery of the land.

start watching these races with a little 'enough to be honest, used to crush the ridges, heights of over 1500 meters, stony and single track I could not enjoy the taste of these events.

Even today I find myself in difficulty because most of those who participate in these events are "Stradaioli" but then I've got thinking about it. These are the real racing spirit at the right approach (at least what I consider the right spirit). It 's the perfect compromise to allow Stradaioli to run in natural environments, but "run forever" and maybe in environmental awareness (I saw some glass on the ground but meno di quanti me ne aspettavo).

I miei complimenti vanno sicuramente all'organizzazione che ha saputo putting up an event worthy of note is that on paper, to be honest, I did not bring much success. Now you do not miss another

that begin to see those same faces all the focus to follow the clock also some nice mountain path, perhaps to be Square Square or why not? TA to the Marauder's ^ _ ^
